Refund Policy

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with no card required. You're only charged if you choose a plan: $19 per month or $149 per year, plus any applicable taxes.

• Cancel from Settings → Billing, which opens Paddle's customer portal. No email or call needed.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Price changes are announced in advance and never apply to a period you've already paid for.

• Refunds are issued by Paddle under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, including any statutory withdrawal right you have as a consumer (for example the 14-day right in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland).
• If you were charged in error, or charged after you cancelled, email hello@getindievitals.com and we'll work with Paddle to put it right.
• You can also contact Paddle directly about any charge at paddle.net.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where possible.

Cancelling doesn't delete your data. To remove everything, delete your account from Settings → Account; that also cancels any subscription immediately.
