One screen. Three signals.
Business
Stripe revenue, MRR and momentum.
Body
Sleep, recovery or readiness, and HRV.
Build
Commits, merged PRs and shipping momentum.
Kept separate on purpose. There is no composite “founder score” — adding revenue to sleep would tell you nothing.

See patterns, not another dashboard.
Every signal is compared with your own recent baseline, not with other people and not with a model.
Revenue and commits: the last 7 days against the 7 before. Recovery or readiness: today against your 28-day median. One plain sentence a day notes what changed. No causal claims, no advice, no AI guesswork.

Questions
Can IndieVitals change anything in my Stripe account?
No. IndieVitals connects as a Stripe App that only has read permissions for balance transactions, subscriptions, prices, coupons and basic account details. It cannot create payments, refunds, customers or subscriptions.
Is this a medical or health app?
No. IndieVitals is a wellness and business analytics tool. It shows the scores WHOOP or Oura already calculate, next to your business numbers. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Which health data do you read?
Daily summary scores only: sleep score, recovery (WHOOP) or readiness (Oura), HRV, resting heart rate, strain or activity score, and whether you worked out. No raw heart-rate streams, no locations, no notes.
Do I need both WHOOP and Oura?
No, one is enough. If you connect both, you pick one as your primary health provider. We never average WHOOP recovery with Oura readiness.
Is GitHub required?
No. It's optional and recommended. You choose exactly which repositories IndieVitals may analyze. We count commits and merged pull requests; we never read or store your source code.
How are the arrows calculated?
Revenue and commits compare the last 7 days with the 7 days before. Recovery or readiness compares today with your own 28-day median. Tap any arrow in the app to see the exact numbers behind it.
Will a share card reveal my revenue?
Not unless you choose to. Share cards show revenue as a percentage change by default, and you can hide it entirely. You preview exactly what's public before you copy a link, and you can revoke links any time.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Disconnect any integration at any time, or delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, integrations, stored credentials, metrics and share links.
